Astounding really, that Head of HR (or anyone in HR), would be talking to a member of employees family. And getting involved in discussing family members “well being”Former head of HR Sue Hodkinson was really, really worried about......

Rees, de Beger, Kelly also involved in some of the 2017 meetings at the link . They are full of praise for LL and discuss Karen reading out LL's letter on LL's behalf ( The ' I have been exonerated letter)
Maybe I just don’t understand how NHS operates, but this reeks of unprofessionalism and breaching confidentiality. There is NO benefit to employer to involving & getting into dialogue with an employee’s parents in a “performance” or employment issue. The employment relationship/contract is with employee only !!!
