"Police say they are concerned for a vulnerable missing woman from Addlestone.
24 year old Samantha Nicholls-Juett was last seen leaving Tesco in the town on Wednesday at around 3.30pm.

She is has a pale complexion, around 5ft 5 inches tall and of a slim build. She has light brown shoulder length hair and her right eye is blue and her left eye is brown.

Officers believe she could be wearing a white round-neck top or a royal blue top, with either blue shorts or grey Adidas tracksuit bottoms. She also has a multi-coloured backpack, pink socks and black trainers.

Samantha is believed to be travelling by public transport, particularly buses, and is thought to be in the London area.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare. She has a pre-existing medical condition and is not believed to have any medication with her."
