The 33-year-old woman was reported as missing on Tuesday, July 13 but was last seen on Thursday, July 1 at her home.
Officers said they are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Sharlene, who has links to Long Eaton and West Yorkshire, is white, slim and has long, dark brown hair which she sometimes wears in a ponytail.
Anyone who has any information about Sharlene’s whereabouts is urged to contact Derbyshire police by calling the force on non-emergency contact number 101 and quoting reference 750-130721.
