Unfortunately l don't think Stuart will get justice unless someone speaks up, and l doubt they will.

Sadly I agree. Been looking into this case recently, mostly because for some bizarre reason MB videos kept popping up on my FB feed. Re-watched the C4 documentary and looked at a few things on-line.
I think that those who were there are too worried that because there isn't clear evidence of what happened, there's a chance that even if they do reveal what occurred, and they may not be involved in it, it's very much going to be 'their word against ours'. With some of the others having deeper pockets, there is a good chance they could seriously lose. With seemingly all evidence of any items having been disposed of, it's very much a case that whoever was there that night are hoping that it all just goes away IMO.

Swimming pool thermometer and detached door handle mysteriously disappeared, before being tested tells you all that needs to be known why the answer will never be found unless a confession is made.

Exactly - and without those you've just got a lot of people who will all probably give conflicting reports against one another.

The fact that Barrymore's assistant removed them says it all.

Someone knows where those bloody things are. SPEAK UP. FFS, how could anyone stay silent when this happened to a human being? Does Barrymore still have deep pockets? I'm not so sure.

(Sorry for the rant - this case is just so hideous and unfair, and Barrymore acting all jolly and innocent, proclaiming himself the victim and Stuart's brother a headcase - if someone did this to your loved one, wouldn't you go a bit mad?)

He’s been in the news because he recently relocated back to the UK, to south Devon. Maybe that’s why you’re seeing random things pop up.

No I fully agree with your rant. Sadly those items will be long gone I would think. As for Barrymore, he's probably still got more money than the others. Plus he doesn't care probably if his life and past indiscretions are plastered all over the place, but the others probably don't feel the same. With families, jobs etc. they wouldn't want that attention. Its very sad, but IMO the only way we may get something more on what happened is a death-bed confession.

One or more at the party were responsible for Stuart's death, I wonder if they still move in the same circles, exalted company, not.
