Circumstances of Disappearance:
Constantine, a well known boatman in the Conwy area, was last seen on December 5, 2018. He was captured on CCTV at the Ye Olde Mail Coach pub on High street in Conwy at around 2 pm.

The dinghy that he used to travel to and from his boat on the marina was found washed up days later on December 12 at the nearby RSPB Nature Reserve. Extensive searches were conducted by North Wales Police's underwater search and marine unit but Constantine was never located. His personal belongings, including his glasses and mobile phone, were later found on the pontoon where he moored his boat. His whereabouts remain unknown.

The missing people in Wales who have never been found

The 69-year-old, who is also known as Jim Constance, was reported missing from Conwy Harbour by his friends. He was last seen on December 5 2018.

His dinghy, used to travel to and from his boat on the marina, was found washed up at the nearby RSPB Nature Reserve on Wednesday, December 12.

It is understood that personal belongings including his glasses and mobile phone were later discovered on the pontoon where he moored his boat.
