'Members of the public are advised not to approach Trevor St Martins
A man who escaped while on a day out from a mental health facility in north-west London is being sought by police.

Trevor St Martins, 56, absconded on 14 September while on an escorted visit to shops from the mental health facility in Kingsbury, the Met Police said.

Officers were called to the area at about 15:00 BST and detectives have since made “extensive” efforts to find him.'
