Two men are due to appear in court today, after the body of a 29-year-old man was found on a country road between Dunning and Kinross on Friday.
Following a post-mortem, officers have now confirmed they believe Mr Speedie, from Perth, was murdered.
A 40-year-old woman who was arrested has been released pending further investigations.

I live close to this and it's very unusual for something like this to happen here. A home and a hotel in the area are also being checked. Interestingly, police have put a no-fly zone over the area the body was found in.
