Since someone has been charged,details will not be reported until the case reaches court,and even then there might be restrictions due to the children's ages.

That board kind of suggests the entry was made with some force and urgency. I'm guessing they broke the pane with something like a nightstick and turned the inner handle.

I'm guessing from the ages this is parental, but I guess it could also be a nanny or something?
