Seems every county should have a budget for handling low-cost but decent burials for the unclaimed.

Rest in peace, Joseph. Our spirits live on, and our bodies are only temporary "vehicles".

Has he been referred to the Unclaimed Persons research group on FB? they do volunteer working finding relatives of unclaimed persons, but LE must refer.
