Details of Investigation:
On Sunday, March 9, 2014, at about 3:20 a.m., police responded to a 911 call at 30 Titan Road.The victim was discovered on the ground outside, suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
Another person was also discovered nearby, suffering from stab wounds. This person was treated by emergency personnel, and is expected to survive his injuries.
There were an estimated 250 people in attendance at an event which preceded this Homicide, who may be potential witnesses.

Tenzin Tseten was stabbed in the chest during an altercation outside the Tibetan Cultural Centre on Titan Road near Islington Avenue and The Queensway at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
A second victim was also injured in the melee and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being pulled over for speeding nearby."
