I find it very telling out of all the statements he likely made, LE included this one regarding his sister and boyfriend being horny in the charging documents. I am very interested in their take on this...did he just sexualize the situation in his own mind? Very sick individual.

I meant to add: that no matter how much a patient blames his parents, his up-bringing, how horrible his life was/is for what he does and/or did... he/she is always emphatically reminded that as an adult/adolescent, only he/she is responsible for his actions and his happiness. (Unless the patient is psychotic, of course.)

Nor is being diagnosed a sociopath or a psychopath or an alcoholic/addict valid excuses.

It's also in line with exactly what I mentioned even earlier today about AW being more likely to give LE information in exchange for some type of deal than to confess anything to a family member.

The fact that the skirt she was last reported to have been wearing was found during the investigation vs on her today when they discovered her body makes me wonder about a few things....

The details he gave about that evening are also a bit odd.... Saying either his sister or her boyfriend mentioned they were horny, then went off to bed and he could hear them having sex. It's an odd focal point for him to have considering everything else that transpired afterwards that evening.

Yep, he seemed to be concerned about that early on. Kudos though to the Attorney, it sounded like he laid out all the evidence they had and pointed him to the right decision. If that was indeed the case, we need to refer Derion Vence to him. He's looking for an Attorney, his quit today!!

Also, is it possible for an addict to die from their withdrawal symptoms? I’m just asking....

He sure can and I expect he will. I don’t see him sparing the family a horrifying trial. He’ll plead not guilty, have a trial in an attempt to reduce his sentence. moo

I read it. But I don't take it as factual. He's a murderer setting the stage of his crime. He presents it as his sister and boyfriend were acting all aggressively horny and he had to leave to not hear them. I just don't buy what he's selling. There are always some elements of truth in what someone like this chooses to share regarding what happened. But I don't believe it's the way he presents it personally. JMO

Oh, I agree with you! But when people start making comments about HIM being horny so he took a 5 year old girl it makes it sound like that's what he actually said and people will run with that.

I am so sick of these losers (it seems to be a certain age group or mentality where they think they are owed something). From the looks of it on SM/FB his family was supportive. Makes me very sad.

Yes. There have been deaths in at least one of our "local" prisons here from this very thing.

This was my first thought! He's afraid of the death penalty as a "grown man" but served it to a little girl no problem. What a pathetic sack of .

He was in a suicide smock in his mugshot, I’m sure he’ll remain on watch in county lock up. Once he’s transferred to state & gets thru orientation, I doubt it. I don’t think they care...honestly. County jail is dif, their job is to keep the incarcerated person alive, available for trial & jailers dislike deaths in his facility & the red tape that follows.
I’d say AW was back in his smock as soon as he finished with court yesterday. Jmo
