Man Allegedly Ran Over 63-Year-Old in Car Wash Parking Lot Before Cleaning His Own Car and Fleeing the Scene
A 21-year-old man identified as Christian Hernandez Palma allegedly drove into a car wash parking lot in Utah on Oct. 30 and hit a 63-year-old man, killing him. Palma then allegedly washed his car and fled the scene.
According to a series of press releases from the Ogden Police Department — located north of Salt Lake City — a man identified as 21-year-old Christian Hernandez Palma hit 63-year-old Stirling Kelso as he was cleaning the car wash's parking lot at around 5 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
