Details of Disappearance​

Glaze was last seen in Ogden, Utah on May 20, 2016. He had lived in an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Monroe Boulevard for eight years and had never been late on his rent.

His apartment complex management became concerned on June 1 when Glaze didn't pay his rent. An employee was sent to Glaze's apartment to make some repairs, and noticed all his belongings were still there but there was no sign of him. As Glaze has no family, apartment complex management reported his disappearance to police on June 16.

Glaze's apartment was left behind in a normal condition, without anything out of place. His disappearance remains unsolved.

On 06/16/2016, the building manager of 2620 Monroe Boulevard called the Ogden City Police Department to report Donald Guy Glaze was missing. Officers were told Donald Glaze does not have any next of kin. Officers were told the last time Donald was seen was on May 20th, 2016. Officers were told...

Officers were told Donald Glaze does not have any next of kin. Officers were told the last time Donald was seen was on May 20th, 2016. Officers were told Donald had lived in the apartment complex for 8 years and, during that time, had never been late on rent. Apartment management became concerned when Donald did not pay his rent on June 1st, 2016. Management went into the apartment to do some repairs and noticed all of Donald’s belongings were still in the apartment. That caused more concern. Donald has a history of diabetes and has recently displayed personality changes. Officers observed there was nothing out of place in Donald’s apartment, and there were no signs of struggle or violence. Officers contacted the local hospitals, jails, and mortuaries with no signs of Donald being located.>>
