Jeremiah D. Robertson, 34, has post-traumatic stress disorder and could be living in his vehicle, a green 2002 Buick LeSabre with New York license plate GWH5380.

Robertson is described as white, 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds with light-colored hair and hazel eyes. A photo provided by police also shows that Robertson wears glasses.
