"Kaethe Crouch, a resident of Provo, left home between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., Provo officials said in a news release on Facebook.
The last place she was seen was South Jordan Library, at 10673 S. Redwood Road (1700 West), at approximately 10 a.m.

“We are concerned for her welfare due to her diminished mental capacity,” the news release said."

Did anyone see which way she was heading? We know her name, but do we know what her home life was like? I am going to think more about the why and what than the where. Was she kidnapped? I think so. Hope we can find her, no matter the case!
