They (or rather a very large he) scared the ever loving daylights out of me. I have no doubt that I was in his spot. I swear I thought it was a black bear. But did I scream or attempt to alert the rescuers as to where I was? No. I just fell back asleep.

Trust me, when I read stories like this, I thank my lucky stars that I'm bedbound (for the most part) and put my energy into WS and directing grandbabies' births in other cities--by text. My husband and kids watch me out of the corner of their eye for any weird goings-on. It's the price one must pay for losing one's marbles.

Mr. Frandsen, if he was truly ill, should have been far more closely monitored, IMO. There's talk of a partner back in the 90's. Then who is the famous gentleman listed at his current address?

Salt Lake City man pleads guilty to having child porn


"A Salt Lake City man charged in federal court for possessing pornography, including images of himself with young boys, has pleaded guilty to the crime. Kent Peter Frandsen, 54, pleaded guilty this month to one count of felony possession of child pornography...."

"....Confidential informants told police Frandsen kept pornographic photos on his cell phone that showed him sodomizing young boys. One of the informants also told police he witnessed several boys having sex at Frandsen’s home and knew of more photos on Frandsen’s computer that detailed him having sexual encounters with young boys, according to charges. Another informant told police he saw Frandsen have sex with boys and that Frandsen gave them drugs to make them feel "out of it," charging document state.

Frandsen admitted to investigators after his arrest that he owned pornography featuring a 3-year-old and said that he had made arrangements to meet three young boys at his home to have sex with him, charges state...."

Where were these "informants" when the abuse was taking place.....just watching??!! And where did these little boys come from? So, no charges of rape, just possession of child porn? Did they identify the victims? Anybody find these documents? Jeesh.

How about attempted murder? Manufacturing of child pornography? He does have HIV and admitted to it. Wouldn't that put those little ones at risk?

Of course I knew that. I didn't want to assault your delicate ears. I'm just as much a lady as you, Filly. Just wanted to warn you.

So, were the charges dropped or WHAT?? I thought child porn was open on the computer when LE busted in. How can they drop those charges? If all sex crimes charges were dropped we need to know this as I like to close out a thread with that info. But it's very unclear here.

Wow.Just.Wow.

How weird is that? Looking at another article this guy popped into my head. Then I see the last comment on there is August 30th. Man, he surely turned alot of people's worlds spinning and worse if those comments are true.

Utah law only recognises that when you knowingly have HIV it's only a crime if you don't disclose if you're a prisoner or a prostitute? Huh? That made no sense the way I worded that, but if that's a law that makes no sense either.
