Details of Disappearance​

Jacobs was last seen in Tooele County, Utah on February 4, 2007. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

His skeletal remains were recovered on August 31, 2020, in Rush Valley, Utah, and identified on June 15, 2023. Cause of death undetermined. I don’t know of any removed NamUs cases he would match up to.

EDIT: A problem that I noticed with the Charley Project is that if a case is resolved with no public announcement, then that person will stay listed as missing there forever since it’s not run by a government source with official knowledge like NamUs is. I know that the owner sometimes gets requests from people found alive to have their entries taken down, but that obviously doesn’t work when somebody is dead.
