SALT LAKE CITY — Police here are calling the death of a child Tuesday morning "suspicious."


Few details about the incident, including the age and sex of the child, were immediately released.

"We found some things that were concerning," he said without elaborating. "There are facts surrounding the circumstances we can't explain."


There was reportedly more than one adult home at the time of the incident.

The exact cause of death was still unknown Tuesday afternoon.
But Josephson said it was no longer being investigated criminally.
