• Other: Medical - Suffers from a heart condition and requires medical treatment.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Hughes was last seen at his residence on the evening of January 12, 1986. His truck was found abandoned the following day at his business in Bountiful, Utah. He has never been heard from again. He suffers from a heart condition and may be in need of medical attention.

In Charley Project they say that he had several relationships with several married women... maybe he was ambushed by someone's husband without being a serial killer, maybe he found them in bed and the husband acted angry or he hoped they broke up so he could intercept him and kill him. .. it's a posibility...
