MOO but I don't think the two are the same UID. UP6796 had the ME Case number of W1985-00005 and this doe is number W1985-00006. I think they were found the same day but only one of them was listed on NamUs for some reason. UP6796 said that only the skull had been recovered while UP143650 was found comingled with another UID, so it sound like more remains were recovered, not just a skull. Also, a small correction, UP6796 was taken down at the end of March 2022.

Good question.. I sent an email to the ME Office to ask about this, hopefully I'll get an answer.Will let you know what I find out.

I got a response from the ME’s office, but unfortunately no answer to my questions. Basically, it’s sensitivite case information that can’t be released to the public, everything shareable is already on NamUs. I hope the case will be updated in the future.
