The Harrisonburg Police Department is seeking assistance related to an investigation of a missing person. The missing person, Cecilia "Cece" Runion, is a 34 year old female last seen in the area of South High Street in Harrisonburg in the company of Jarrome Durrette. She missed a scheduled meeting with family on March 6.
