MISSING PERSON: Charles Cooper was last seen on foot in the 6600 block of Richmond Road on Dec. 8 at approximately 3 a.m. Cooper, who is considered endangered, is 26-years-old. Actually found deceased Virginia man reported missing found dead on Christmas Eve

"Previously, James City County police had received information the Cooper was found safe, but later found that information to be wrong.

Police say no foul play is suspected. The case remains under investigation."
