This is kind of bizarre. I knew when I saw the CP listing that I’d seen this face before. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) UP81265

Surely these have got to be the same person right? PMI is perfect and location. (ETA: I went ahead and emailed the NamUs rep)

How odd that the photo of Mr. Staples is missing the lower 1/2 and that the recon was done in the same manner. Sure sounds like a great possibility; pretty unbelievable that it hasn't already been checked, but you never know.

Wha- did they add the reconstruction of that John Doe to his missing page by mistake? I'm certain that's not a photo of an actual person, it definitely looks clay.
