GUILTY VA - Daniel Woolverton for raping infant, Arlington, 2010

Seriously why in the heck do I even open these threads.....

Last year on Oprah (or maybe 2 yrs ago) she did a segment about this type of thing (online child 🤬🤬🤬🤬) and how young victims can be. There was a video (I believe a FBI officer was on the show) a man had taped showing him creeping thru his (nice) house, going up to the newborn's nursery (adorably decorated), and then going to the crib. The video then cut off, but it was chilling. And I thought about the poor mother, probably sleeping deeply for a couple of hours before her next wake up, assuming her INFANT is safe in the house with her and her husband.......Unknowing the baby was about to be raped and then have it streamed online for pedophiles.

The FBI guy talked about the counseling required for the officers when they have to review these tapes. It is something that will never leave them and they must see all of the images in order to bring the case to the justice system.

I can't even imagine the counseling these agents would need....I feel sick just thinking about the images they saw!

And I hope when he goes to jail, they let him loose in the general population, and maybe the security cameras in that area might all need their annual battery change exactly at the same time.

Let his fellow inmates serve him some justice. His kind are the lowest on the food chain inside.

This happens more than our brains could conceive of such a vile and heinous crime. I knew of one that raped a three month old. This was his 3rd offense with a child under three. I quit my job over this...I became physically ill having to talk to him each day. Thinking about it distresses me, reading the file was not an experience I care to think about.

He received 25 yrs. Because of the crime, he was declared M.I. but he wasn't. A mental illness in a prison can get you 50% off your time served at that time.. It is a shame the public doesn't get the inside information of how sentencing works.

Our country needs to rethink how found, convicted child rapist are punished. The vilest in society need to recieve the worst punishment. Something reserved for them.

death penalty - there is something seriously broken inside a human that could torture a child like that for their (and when video taping...others) sexual gratification. They do not belong behind bars...they need to be put to death.

I saw a documentary film the other day about child rape and they say that rape tears an infant up permanently.... PERMANENTLY. This man and any other who would harm a child of any age deserves nothing less than the death penalty IMO. There is no "fixing" these perverts. :furious:

These poor babies! I hope these perverts get what they deserve in general pop. This is beyond the sickest thing I have ever heard! A baby??? I can't even imagine the pain these poor children have endured. They really need to cut their d**** off! at the least....

MaryAnn, I agree, a penectomy would be appropriate punishment, and fingers off too!

Unfortunately they would only move on to common household items and other devices. The problem isn't the offending body parts - it is the brain driving it that is the problem, I say - beheading is the only real permanent answer to this kind of freak.

Thanks button wasn't enough. I feel exactly the same way. They are NOT rehabilitated. They just find ways when they have "served their time" of not getting caught again......and those victims are the missing and the dead because supposedly (except thru dna) the dead don't talk.
