seems like a small town and it shouldn't take that long to find them ... I'm sure some of them are from surrounding areas as well

I don't see where her age has anything to do with it either.

I was wrong about the state. It happened at three different places in Virginia. The age of consent in Virginia is 18 so if she was in a sexual relationship with the men they could be charged with statutory rape.

I think the age would be important if she had not obtained the age of consent. If she had a sexual relationship with the men before, it would be harder to prove the sex was not consensual. I'm not defending the men at all.

So wait. The incident happened in April 2016???? And they are just being charged now? This makes me so angry. And now the charges have been reduced to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
