Missing 81-year-old man in Virginia Beach last seen driving green Toyota minivan

Virginia Beach police need help to locate a missing 81-year-old man.

Gary Van Houten was last seen Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. in the Kemps River Shopping Center. He was driving a green Toyota Sienna minivan with Virginia tags XFJ-6376.

Police say Van Houten, who's described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 220 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, has multiple medical needs that require care. He also was last seen wearing a multi colored long sleeve shirt and jeans.
