Joseph James Bragg, 29, was thought to have been traveling Tuesday morning to Winchester on his green 2017 Harley Davidson motorcycle, with Virginia tags 925-996 but hasn't been seen by family or friends since Tuesday morning.

Bragg is described as a white man with blue eyes and brown hair. He’s 6 feet 5 inches tall and 190 pounds.
