Found Safe VA - Joseph Johnathan Haley Jr., 33, Lynchburg, 21 Jan 2019 *believed to be in danger*

Lynchburg police are asking for the public's help in looking for 33-year-old Joseph Johnathan Haley, Jr, who police say has been missing since Monday and is believed to be in danger.

Police say Haley was last seen in the 2000 block of Langhorne Road Monday, January 21st at around 9:30 a.m., and it's unknown where he was headed.

Police believe Haley shaved his head and no longer has the facial hair seen in his picture.

Police say there is no danger to the public, but Haley's family and detectives are concerned for Haley's safety.

So does this mean he’s a danger to himself? I understand why they have to be vague but it’s frustrating when they are.
