It's been more than two years since a woman lost her life in a deadly arson. For the first time, we're seeing the moments leading up to her death after police released Ring video of the suspects.

''NORFOLK, Va. — Cold case detectives are continuing to look for leads in an unsolved homicide investigation and are asking for help identifying two people.
On Aug. 12, 2021 just before 1 a.m., police and fire personnel responded to a home in the 3500 block of Somme Avenue for the report of a house fire.
A woman, identified as 69-year-old Leslie Vaughn, was found in the home and pronounced dead at the scene.''

''Ranger lived behind Vaughn's for many years and calls she and her husband friends.
"They were very pleasant, nice people," he said. "It was a shock to us all here."
The Norfolk Fire Marshal's Office ruled the cause of the fire as arson and Vaughn's death a homicide. According to the police department, detectives found video footage of a suspect and a person of interest throughout the investigation.
Two and a half years later, Norfolk Police are still looking for the people responsible.
The video Norfolk Police released online shows the people police are calling a suspect and a person of interest — you can see two men talking to each other outside of the house just before 1 a.m. holding what appears to be a gas can.
While Ranger was hopeful back in 2021 that video would bring justice, he and his neighbors are still waiting for answers.
He said he and Vaughn's husband hope renewed interest or reward money might help the case move forward.''

''In the video, the suspect, a man wearing a t-shirt and jeans, is shown carrying a container in a driveway on the 3500 block of Somme Avenue. The suspect meets with another person at the end of the driveway, and the two speak for a few moments. The second person, who police are considering a person of interest, walks away from the home. The suspect then turns and walks back up the driveway with the container.

Investigators are asking anyone who may recognize either of these individuals or who has information about this active investigation to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit an anonymous tip through the P3 mobile app. Any information provided which leads to an arrest could result in a cash reward.''
