*MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT AND CHILD: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing and endangered adult, Ria QUANSAH and her daughter Mia QUANSAH. The investigation revealed that Ria was last seen in the area of the 2500 block of Basin View Ln in Woodbridge (22191) on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 4:30am, with her daughter Mia. Both are believed to be missing under voluntarily circumstances and may be in need of assistance which qualifies them as being endangered. Ria may be driving with her daughter Mia in a silver 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Virginia license plate: WMA1603. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call Prince William County police at 703-792-6500 or your local police department.

Ria QUANSAH is described as a black female, 48 years of age, 5’4", 160lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Ria was last seen wearing a black T-Shirt, jeans, and slippers.

Mia QUANSAH is described as a black female, 8 years of age, 4’ 4”, 90lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Mia was last seen wearing a yellow T-Shirt, shorts, and flip flops.

Prince William County mother and daughter missing and endangered, police say

How terrible for this mother and her daughter, Ria and Mia! I hope they're found soon! I've never heard of people being missing under "voluntarily circumstances"... guessing LE is meaning they left in the early morning hours maybe in her car to get away from a situation, and they may not have the means to continue to stay away and be safe?
I hope they are in the car mentioned in the article and someone sees it and calls it in, and they are safe and get the help they need. Or she reaches out to someone for help.

*UPDATE: Ria QUANSAH and her daughter Mia QUANSAH, who were reported as missing and endangered yesterday, have been located by Philadelphia Police and are safe.
