Portsmouth PD need help locating 45 year-old woman missing since Friday afternoon
Shontail Chisley, 45, was last seen around 3 p.m. on August 31 at her home located in the 2400 block of Effingham Street. No one has seen or heard from her since around that time.
Chisley requires medication for a medical condition and detectives say she does not have that medication with her.
