Chesterfield County Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing woman.

Sulki Chi, 35, was reported missing by relatives on March 26. Chi, of the 3500 block of Pease Road, was last seen by relatives at about 1:30 p.m. on March 7, 2024, when she left her residence on foot.

Chi is described as an Asian female, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

I'm wondering if she has any physical/mental disabilities not mentioned. A court case involving assault in 2021 had as an outcome, that she was "released to parent or responsible party". That's not something you normally see with an adult arrestee. She's been a Fugitive from Justice as well, but right now everything in the court system looks closed out or dismissed.
