This is what the state that I live in is doing for all mothers of newborns including adopted newborns.

You are so right about diapers being pricey after an adoption. A good friend of mine adopted a baby and the relief from buying diapers for a little while is going to be a big help.

I cant imagine coming up with the money that they have to. We had a close friend who paid out $19,000 for her baby.
