On May 6, 1996, 35-year-old Victor Boucher of Minto, was last seen at his residence on the Tracy Road in Minto. Mr. Boucher was a jack of all trades and had built his own home where he lived at the time of his disappearance. At the time of his disappearance, the five-foot-six inch Boucher had blond hair, blue eyes, a closely trimmed beard and he walked with a slight limp.

I was reading that there was a murder in a small town in Minto, New Brunswick...the victim was Victor Boucher...someone unidentified who was apparently there after the Hells Angels kidnapped him...according to this witness, he was put in a car...the car was crushed and melted near some old gravel pits...
other people think he was thrown into a lime pit...I think that's what it's called...
but if they saw him at home, why doesn't anyone know what he was wearing? does anyone think Noel Winters has something to do with this?
they also say that Mike Wagnies was responsible and received his karma: he himself was killed...
very very strange case, it's not really known what happened to Victor...
