David MacTavish also known as David 'Milo' Mills was last seen on October 24th at a restaurant near the Krasse Inn where he worked, although he had recently been laid off.

All of his belongings are still at the Inn. He is not known to drive and may be on foot.

He's 5'10’, 180 pounds and has green eyes and a ponytail. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt.

According to Chester Police, the body of David MacTavish, who is also known as David “Milo” Mills, 54, was found by a hunter on Saturday morning. The hunter was checking his game cameras when he happened upon MacTavish’s body
