Gerry is a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, according to a police statement. He was brown hair and hazel eyes.

Gerry was reported missing early Saturday to the Rutland police and Pennsylvania State Police at Tunkhannock became involved in the investigation when his green 2001 Chevrolet Malibu was discovered in Wyoming County.

The vehicle was reported abandoned in the village of Lovelton and was later linked to Gerry upon investigation, police said. Police said Gerry has made suicidal statements in the past and has recently expressed disappointment with school.
