The Vermont State Police-St. Johnsbury is requesting assistance in locating Ryan J. Tardiff, 33, of Lisbon, NH. Tardiff was last seen leaving a residence on foot and entering a nearby wooded area on Simpson Road in East Haven at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, 05/30/2019. Tardiff is believed to be suffering from a mental health crisis. The incident was reported to state police at about 9:20 p.m. Thursday.
Tardiff is described as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing black New Balance sneakers, white socks, dark blue jeans, a striped shirt and a blue hooded sweatshirt with a black design. Anyone who may know of Tardiff's whereabouts or believes they have seen him is encouraged to immediately contact the Vermont State Police-St. Johnsbury at 802-748-3111.
