The full name and age are a match, but maybe this is a case of stolen identity? If it isn't, then according to the site, after his disappearance from Seattle in October 2003, Alfred was in Bremerton, WA from 2004—Apr 2005, then lived in New Jersey in May 2005 (for one month?), before reappearing on the West Coast in Sep 2008.
