Prosecutor in Lewis County will not file felony criminal charges in shooting death of Portland man

This is a disgusting miscarriage of justice. Not just for Aron's family and friends, but these communities deserve to have Aron and Buzzo's murderer held accountable.

Asbach is clearly a dangerous individual, who Lewis County's incredibly fine and well-functioning justice system has now taught how to get away with murder. If they're not covering for this individual, who is?! What's going on? This absolutely raises huge red flags that he isn't being brought to justice, especially after admitting he was the one who fired "a shot" in the dark, which led to the discovery of not one, but two deceased individuals. (tell me how that kind of marksmanship happens in pitch blackness, that you did not only shoot both individuals, but fired one single shot that killed both a full grown man and a literal puppy...)

As an aside, it definitely makes me fear for the young woman who was with Asbach. Do you really think she'll feel safe enough to tell police what really happened after they just let her 🤬🤬🤬 bf get away with murder!? If I were in her shoes, I would be scared for my own life until he's behind bars, for good.

I fully agree with Aron's friends about the misdemeanor charge, which seems like it was offered as condolences because they bungled things up so badly they can't proceed with felony charges...But there is no misdemeanor charge for manslaughter.

There is no misdemeanor charge that will bring about justice for these thrill kill murders.

This case stinks to high heaven. IMO.

Possible coverup. Mr Christensen's family and friends have been begging for information and charges.

The latest --
Wow, I gotta say- there is so much more information here in this article than I've seen before and it makes me even more frustrated, mad and upset that nothing is being done.

Aron’s case was featured in an episode of Unresolved. Give it a listen!
