Brandon Wootton, 23, walked away Monday from the family home in the 15500 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest in Burien. His mother says that he functions at the level of a 7-year-old and that he was wearing a blue sweatshirt, green pajama pants and black shoes.

He is Asian/Caucasian. He has blond hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

The King County Sheriff informed Westside Seattle that he was found at the Tacoma Mall and returned home with his father.
