This is so interesting to me, I've spent many many summers at this park. It's a popular inner tubing route and the park is heavily trafficked with camping areas, clean bathrooms, and there's a music festival there every summer. The skull was found on a sandbar on the more densely wooded side of the park. My guess is it washed down from somewhere upriver.
