Elizabeth was last seen in the morning hours in the vicinity of Troxell Road and Monkey Hill Road in Oak Harbor, WA after an argument with her boyfriend. She has light brown hair and blue eyes, and a scar on her left elbow. She is 5'7" and 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray fake fur coat with black specks and hood and gray sweatpants with blue stripes on the leg.

She was possibly later sighted in 2000 on a ferry headed toward Sydney, BC but this has not been confirmed. Elizabeth may also use the last name "Pierce" or the name "Mary Carter".

Apparently it is common for couples in the United States to argue and one of them leaves indignantly and disappears... it's like something like that... if I leave it's forever... and apparently they keep it... although there is always the opportunistic killer who is on the lookout for mentally weak people... if the sighting in the year 2000 is true then she escaped and surely lives a new life...
