Jorge Subuyuj-Paredes, 23, is a Hispanic man, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has shaggy brown hair and a medium build.

Subuyuj-Paredes also has a scar on his right ankle from recent surgery, as well as scars on the webbing between his pointer, middle and ring fingers. He currently wears a cast on his right foot/leg and uses a cane to walk. Both of his ears are pierced.

Subuyuj-Paredes frequents areas within Renton and Kent, including Liberty Skate Park and Renton Transit Center, and has been spotted at the REACH Soup Kitchen off Rainier Avenue North in Renton.
