Julius was last seen on February 2, 2019 when he was released from custody from the Nisqually Tribal Jail on a Pierce County matter. Julius has not contacted his mother who lives in Chicago and he’s known to call her every year for her birthday. The reporting party who resides in Pierce County indicated Julius has no other family. MOO - I think the last people to see Julius were the employees who released him from jail, and that nobody wondered where he was until his mother missed her annual "Happy Birthday" contact with her son. When Julius' mother didn't hear from Julius on her BD, she contacted the mother of Julius' sons, which initiated the filing of the missing report.
