Justin was 24 years old when he was last seen in Toppenish, Washington on the Yakama Indian Reservation sometime in January of 2015. He is known to travel to Oregon to fish along the Columbia River. He has not been seen or heard from since and there are few details available in his case. Justin remains missing.

Description: Justin was between 5'10 and 6'2 and 165 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a back tattoo as well as a tribal fishing symbol tattoo on his left arm and a tattoo of Chief Joseph on his upper right arm. The arm tattoos are pictured below. He may also have chest tattoos.
