CONCRETE, Wash. — A desperate family is searching for a woman who vanished last month in a small Skagit County town, and her mother fears she may be dead.

Krista Hunt was last seen around Jan. 25 in Concrete, Washington, with a man believed to be her boyfriend. According to her mother, Pamela Hunt, the couple got into a truck and ran out of gas near the Lone Star Restaurant. Krista allegedly got out to walk away — and has not been seen since.
