Found Deceased WA - Liberato “Bob” Trotta, 87, Bellingham, 20 Feb 2017

Liberato “Bob” Trotta was last seen at his home about 10 p.m. Monday. He is described as white, about 5-foot-4 and 140 pounds. He’s balding with white hair on the back and sides of his head, and a white goatee. He was believed to be on foot, wearing a black coat and dark pants.

Because of his medical condition, Trotta may not be able to respond verbally.

A $500 reward is being offered for information that leads to Trotta’s safe return

Oh no, he has dementia. I hope he's somewhere safe and wherever he is just doesn't know he's a missing person.

I live in Bellingham and am very concerned about this gentleman. It's been in the upper 40s during the day but near freezing at night.

Fairhaven is near water and there are also wooded areas. Not good. I hope he's found very soon!

He was last seen wearing sheepskin gloves, a black rain coat, green long-sleeve shirt, brown pants and brown shoes. Trotta walks with a stoop, may not be able to respond verbally and suffers from dementia.

Sadly, this gentleman has been found deceased. He was found in some bushes near a local park, fairly close to the area he went missing from. It's believed that he had been deceased for about a week. He'd fallen in such a way that he wasn't easily visible, someone just happened upon him.
