WA - Man arrested for discarding 14 binders of CSAM along with identifying information

It was discovered by some dumpster divers, along with medical and other records with his name, and the handwriting on them matched. He admitted to it, and had other similar materials in his house, although he denies "touching" children since he was arrested for it in 1983.

Rickard was arrested, and he told police he threw away child [SAM] behind his apartment, according to the probable cause statement. He also told police he had molested about 50 children before being arrested in 1983 and had not touched a child since, authorities said.
