Richland detectives connected Ryan “Raine” D. Later’s Twitter conversations about child on Twitter with the alleged sexual abuse of two children in Oklahoma, according to a police Facebook post.

The investigation began in February 2024 when the task force, acting on a social media tip, executed a search warrant at Ryan Later's home, discovering evidence of child sexual abuse material, Richland Police said in a release.
