The last confirmed sighting of Michael was at the Locker Room Tavern in Seattle, WA. He rode with someone to an off-road vehicle trail in the Tahuya State Forest area, near Belfair. The person who drove him there said Michael refused to get back in the vehicle in Belfair, so he left him there.

Michael was experiencing homelessness at the time of his disappearance. He has brown hair and brown eyes, is 5'8", and 178 pounds. He uses the nickname "Pepi" or "Pepe". On his right hand, he has tattoos of a bear claw and the letters "CK". On his left hand, he has a tattoo of a cross.

Google maps had some trouble with Tahuya State Forest, but I found the staging area. It is a park that provides sustainable revenue for the state, and is also used for off-road vehicles:

I hope LE can find Michael quickly, as Belfair is around 60 miles away from Michael's residence in White Center.

Details of Disappearance
Pepion was last seen near the 9600 block of 16th Avenue southwest in White Center, Washington on October 18, 2018. He supposedly got a ride with an acquaintance to the Tahuya State Forest area near Belfair, Washington, to the off-road vehicle trails. Pepion then refused to get back in the vehicle, so his acquaintance left him there. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
